2. Required properties of brazing tool materials

(1)SturdinessIn order to realize small energy loss and idealized verticality of drilling, the drilling tool material is required to have good sturdiness and reasonable size of drilling tool.
(2) Fatigue strength. When working, the brazing tool system is subjected to great compressive stress and very high frequency tensile stress, which requires the brazing tool to have high fatigue resistance.
(3)Working under high-intensity high-power rock drill, the brazing tool system is required to have high strength to greatly reduce the possibility of brazing tool fracture.
(4)High abrasion resistance for rock drilling tools, high abrasion resistance can ensure a longer life of the thread, especially for the alloy part of the drill head. The above four characteristics of rock drilling brazing tools are not positive or negative.
When choosing a brazing rod, we need to consider many factors, first of all, we need to look at the material of the brazing rod, the shape and size, and other factors. Once you know these basic factors, you can know whether it is suitable for rock drilling tools or not. At the same time, we also need to consider the power of rock drilling tools, power and rock hardness. It is closely related to how we choose the drill rods.
If the hardness of the rock is big, we should choose high power rock drilling tools. At the same time, we should choose good quality rods. If the brazing rod is faulty, the brazing tool will not work properly. In addition, when choosing the rods, first of all, you should know the diameter of the drilling tools. The depth of the rock is also a factor that cannot be ignored. In general, under the condition of meeting the drilling requirements, brazing rods with interfaces consistent with the cross-section of rock drilling brazing tools should be selected.
