What is a Pillar Tooth Bit

The ball bit is composed of tungsten carbide column teeth embedded in the bit body. Relative to the flake braze head, the ball tooth braze head is free, according to the diameter of the chisel hole and the size of the load of the rock breaking, can reasonably determine the number and position of the side and center teeth and the diameter of the braze head is not limited. The workload of regrinding is small, which shows its high value in the operation conditions of mechanized rock drilling truck and deep hole mining. According to its connection with the rod, the ball bit can be divided into three categories: tapered hole connection bit, threaded connection bit, and spline connection (submerged hole bit).
